TL;DR
RSI or Recursive Self Improvement is the ultimate promise of AI at all levels, world wide.
Both extremes ignoring and obsessing on RSI are probably not what you want to do in 2026
KEY POINT: Learn enough about RSI at the Cloudflare OS gadget level to begin plotting a strategy for building your agents.

This part of the curriculum has not been developed. It may encompass
- RSI at frontier level (different than what we are doing)
- what is the common approach we are starting with?
- Hermes as a popular comparison, and it's approach
- standards bodies such as Hermes adopts
- how to address this as a level of priority?
- should we point a research gadget at this area?
- what language begins to solidify, such as at the validation level?
- when/how/who runs the checks?
- when/how/who controls deployment of next versions?
- processor, model expense, and storage issues as churn side effects
Proposed Go Forward Plan
- experiment with this at the founder level for 2026 and into 2027
- roll whatever we have out as it begins to mature
- don't take it too seriously, but keep it going
